Recharge in the lower level rec room, featuring a foosball table, Pac Man arcade game, and wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. This home has 5 DVD players, 1 of which is a BluRay. Sliding glass doors lead from the rec room outside to the fenced in pool area with a poolside tiki bar, hot tub, and sand volleyball area. Two park-style grills and one gas grill are located outside the pool fence, and the pool lighting system includes a light show.
Bedding options on the ground floor include one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin bunks. A full shared bath is located between the two bedrooms.

Four bedrooms are offered on the middle level: one king with private bath, one queen with private bath, and a third queen bedroom, all with access to the first floor covered deck. The fourth bedroom has two twins and is next to the full hall bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and offer a simple and clean design.

A top floor great room features an open floor plan that includes the living area, dining room, and kitchen, as well as access to the porch which provides a picnic table and overlooks the pool and backyard. The kitchen includes extras such as a Keurig (as well as two traditional coffee makers), convection toaster oven, waffle maker, sauce pot, crab pot, and crock pot. Two king bedrooms are located on this level, one of which has a private bath. Stairs in the great room lead to the loft, with a table for extra seating or games.

Updates for 2023: New hot tub, new basketball hoop, and two Adirondack chairs and tables were added to the first floor (middle level) deck.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees, the heat pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
