Updates for 2025: New larger hot tub, new pool heater, new flooring in rec room and on top floor, updated ground level shared bathroom.

Updates for 2024: New stove/cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen, pool table refelted, new outdoor furniture around the pool and on the decks, exterior updates included fresh paint on banisters, railings, and pool fence, and new siding.

Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

Please Note:
- This home shares a driveway with the house next door.
- Although the elevator goes to three levels, the back patio has a few stairs between the entrance and the elevator, and there are stairs from the driveway to the front door entrance.
