The great room incorporates a stylish kitchen, dining area with sweeping ocean views, great room with seasonal gas fireplace, and east-facing deck. A well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy, with a large industrial fridge, two dishwashers, a Keurig, and convection oven. The main dining table comfortably seats 12, there is an additional breakfast table for 4, and kitchen island bar seating for 4. The king bedroom offers a private bath that has a whirlpool bath, glass shower, and double sinks. Climb the stairs to the loft, which doubles as an office area.

Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Please note:
- This home shares a driveway with the house next door.
- Although the elevator goes to three levels, the back patio has a few stairs between the entrance and the elevator, and there are stairs from the driveway to the front door entrance.
- A landline is not available at this property.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on this home's beach steps and walkway.
