The middle floor has five bedrooms, giving everyone in your group a comfortable place to land at the end of a beach day. Two king bedrooms have private baths and sliding door access to the deck, where the sound of the surf carries up from the shoreline. One king bedroom has sliding door access to the deck and has a bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom furnished with two twin custom built-in bunksets, a favorite with the younger members of the family. Each bedroom has a mounted flatscreen TV.

As you ascend to the top floor, you will enter the great room, dining area, and kitchen that all share an open space. There are large windows that overlook the deck area. There is a table and several chairs located on the deck, making it the ideal spot to sip on your coffee in the morning or enjoy your meals outside
