The focal point of the ground floor is the rec room and theater. Adjacent to one another, the rec room offers a pool table, hightop card tables, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with a sink, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. The theater offers theater-style tiered seating for nine, all facing a large flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors from the rec room open to the pool area.

Splish, splash the days away in the large private pool that can be heated (for an additional fee). Take a break from the sun under the poolside cabana that offers shaded seating and a grill. On the other side of the fenced pool area is a sand volleyball court where you and your vacation group can bump, set, and spike yourselves into a game of friendly competition. When the activities of the day are done, and the name of the game is relaxation for the evening, take a dip in the poolside hot tub or sit by the crackling fire that you can build in the poolside firepit.

Bedding on the ground floor includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk and trundle. All four bedrooms offer flatscreen TVs and bathrooms with shower/tubs. The king and pyramid bunk bedrooms have private baths; the queen bedroom shares a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. Laundry facilities are located on this floor.

There are six bedrooms on the middle floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, offers a private bath with a shower/tub, and a flatscreen TV. Three bedrooms have direct access to the deck that wraps around three sides of the house.

Mostly dedicated to gathering space, the great room, dining area, kitchen, and ship's watch are all located on this level. The great room offers an abundance of comfortable seating options among the sectional, two sofas, and armchairs furnishing the space. A flatscreen TV is positioned above the seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a four-burner gas range, an oven, a microwave, and two sinks - one is located in the corner island that offers counter seating and additional space for food prep and clean up. In addition to the seating at the kitchen island, there are three dining tables in the dining area and a fourth table in the lofted ship's watch that overlooks the pool. There is a half bath conveniently located nearby. A wraparound deck can be accessed via a door in the great room and a sliding glass door in the dining area. A king bedroom rounds out the top floor with a mounted flatscreen TV and a private bath with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
