Step outside and discover the beautifully landscaped private pool area, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The pool features easy access stairs, a built-in bench for in-water lounging, and is surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating for sunbathing or unwinding in the shade. Fire up the enclosed park grill and enjoy meals at the picnic table — ideal for burgers or fresh local seafood by the pool. Anglers will love the convenience of the fish cleaning table, perfect for preparing your catch of the day.

After a day of sun and sea, gather on the spacious decks to enjoy the refreshing coastal breezes, whether sipping your morning coffee or sharing stories under the stars.

Inside, comfort meets convenience. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the home, and enjoy plenty of entertainment with 5 TVs equipped with Roku streaming.

For larger groups or family gatherings, Fish and Whistle is conveniently located right next to property 163, making it easy to vacation side-by-side.

When you're ready to explore, take a short stroll or bike ride into Duck Village, home to unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and the scenic soundside boardwalk. Known for its friendly atmosphere and clean beaches, Duck captures the true spirit of the Outer Banks. For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided. The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May through the second week of October (approximate size: 15’ x 24’).
