Guests will enjoy the use of an Olympic-sized community pool, tennis courts and 3 pickleball courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office.
Step inside to a very unique layout. Entry level has two twins to the left as you walk in and a queen bed to the right., and a full bath and a half bath. Take a few steps up and you’ll find the eat-in kitchen with seating for 6. Gather the family together in the living room for evening entertainment. With just a few more steps up you will find a queen bed to the right and two twin beds to the left and a hall bath for your convenience. All bedrooms have a TV with voice remotes for your viewing pleasure for the entire house. Gamers will enjoy an Xbox for some friendly competition. Owners have added a fish cleaning station with a filet table and wash on the ground level.
Laundry area is located under the house.
