Lounge on the sundeck while you listen to waves crashing beyond the sand dunes. A large screened porch with seating and ceiling fan is the perfect spot to relax in the evening. Changes in Latitude offers four bedrooms, including a king en suite with private bath, a second king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms (updated photos coming soon of 2nd queen bedroom).
Located near restaurants and shopping, you'll never have to travel far to enjoy your time at Changes in Latitude!
Changes in Latitude is pet-friendly (dogs only)! The owners are willing to accommodate up to 3 dogs. Please call the Avon office at (252) 995-5865 for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied. A fenced dog run provides a convenient space for your pet to be outdoors!
