Located just 50 feet from the beach, this unique property is offered for only a limited number of weeks. It's quick and easy to go back and forth between Sea Watch and the beach throughout the day. The reverse floor plan with double porches and decks provides spectacular views of the ocean. You'll have front row seats for those stunning Outer Banks sunrises, too. Hardwood floors are featured throughout, along with granite kitchen counter tops and tile baths. This 4-bedroom home is furnished for beach living at its finest.

Sea Watch offers covered parking under the home for standard-size vehicles; please note that larger vehicles may not fit in the carport area.

For 2026, this home will include credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
