Third Wish is a wonderful home on a large lot surrounded by trees that offers many amenities for a family vacation. The spacious decks and pool area make it so that everyone can find their own personal nook for relaxation whether it’s reading a good book or sipping on your morning coffee.

This home has many personal touches for a great vacation and is only 300 yards from the beach! Conveniently located in the heart of Duck, take a quick drive, walk, or bike ride to explore the town's quaint shops, restaurants, and beautiful sunset strolls on the soundside boardwalk. For those lazy days of summer, lounge around the saltwater pool and cool off or unwind in the hot tub with a blanket of stars above on those breezy evenings. Enjoy complimentary Le Bleu water delivered to the house.

Reserve the weeks of May 24th, May 31st, June 7th, August 23rd, August 30th, or September 6th and receive free pool heat!

Updates for 2025 include new flooring on top level and bedrooms, new bedding in all the bedrooms, and fresh paint on the TV wall in the living area.

The private pool is approximately 14’ x 32’. Optional pool heat is available for $475/week.

Third Wish is not pet-friendly.

Mid Level: Entry level and partial wraparound exterior deck that leads to pool area, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, full hall bath with tub/shower, and a full hall bath with a stall shower.

Top Level: Kitchen, living area, dining area, and access to sun deck.
