This single level, 4 bedroom floor plan makes it easy to enjoy lots of family time after a relaxing day on the beach. Cook your very own catch and enjoy dinner on the deck, or eat inside while still enjoying the relaxing ocean view with family. With 2 bedrooms on each side of the main living area, it is easy to slip away to watch your favorite television show or read a good book in the quietness.

Leeward is a quiet little secret located on the ocean shores in Rodanthe and is a water-lover’s or fisherman’s dream! Just a short walk to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier and close to all the shops, restaurants, and water sports that make island life so wonderful!

Due to the amazing location of this cottage, 4WD is required. Parking for one vehicle at the property. Additional parking is available at the Sun Realty office in Salvo.
