Guests will enjoy several brand-new outdoor amenities designed for even more fun and convenience, including a cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and groceries to all levels, a 12' x 14' poolside pavilion with a 75" TV, all-new vinyl fencing, and a gas grill with a spacious table and chairs with an umbrella in the pool area. A new grassy recreation space with artificial turf will provide the perfect spot for cornhole, ground darts, and bocce ball, and a new outdoor shower will make rinsing off after beach days a breeze. Inside, the ground level welcomes you with an entry that opens to a cozy sitting area and laundry space, making it easy to settle in after travel or beach outings.

The mid level features three comfortable bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and a bunk room with two bunk beds that’s perfect for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level.

The top level is the heart of the home, featuring an open great room with the living area, dining area, and kitchen - ideal for gathering with family and friends. A den/sunroom provides an additional space to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet moment away from the main living area. This level also includes a king bedroom and a full bath, along with access to the deck where you can take in the coastal breezes.

When you're not enjoying the beach or pool, the home offers plenty of entertainment with 5 Roku flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and a basketball hoop. For those who need to stay connected, WiFi is available throughout the home.
