Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and common area, and the home includes high-speed internet throughout. An elevator provides easy access to all three levels, and the property welcomes up to 2 dogs with fee. As part of the Ocean Sands community, guests enjoy access to walking trails, tennis courts, and the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club nearby.

Seven bedrooms include private bathrooms, with 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom throughout the home. The thoughtful layout places family-friendly bunk rooms on the ground level, luxurious king suites on the first floor, and a stunning oceanfront master on the top level with direct deck access.

Step outside to your private 26x10 foot pool area, fully fenced and featuring ample lounge furniture, outdoor dining space, and a gas grill. The hot tub on the deck above provides the perfect spot to relax while enjoying ocean breezes. An outdoor shower and 10 parking spaces ensure convenience for your entire group. Pool season runs from early May through mid-October.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
