The interior of the ground floor is a balance between sleeping accommodations and a centralized spot for your group to hang out. A media den welcomes you as you walk through the front door. It's furnished with a sofa, a large TV, and a wet bar with a sink and a full-sized refrigerator. Off of the media den are four bunk bedrooms. Two rooms offer pyramid bunks and private baths with shower/tubs. A third pyramid bunk bedroom and a twin bunk bedroom share a full bathroom between them that has a shower/tub. A laundry room provides two washer/dryer sets.

The outdoor area is sure to impress with a large private pool and a poolside hot tub, a bar area with a beverage cooler, loungers and chairs, and a loveseat swing. To round out the conveniences that the pool area offers, there is an outdoor half bath and an enclosed outdoor shower. Whether you're wanting to play your favorite yard game, kick a soccer ball around, play catch, or simply let your four-legged vacationers run around freely, the fenced backyard area makes for the perfect spot. A tall privacy fence encloses the large backyard and is separated from the pool area, but still offers steps into the house for convenient access for all.

The middle floor has four bedrooms, all with a private bath and direct deck access through sliding glass doors. The deck wraps from the front of the house to the back via the south side of the house. There are three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. All the bedrooms offer a private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The northeast king bedroom has a private deck that has stairs that lead down to the backyard. The middle floor deck has outdoor seating dispersed including a loveseat swing and a hammock swing. Located on the landing between the middle and top floor is a seating area with a table and built-in bench seating, perfect for a cup of coffee, to sit for casual conversations, or to read a book or catch up on emails while still getting to enjoy an ocean view.

The top floor is drenched in natural light from multiple sliding glass doors and tall ceilings with arched windows. Decorated in a calming and coastal palette, the great room, dining area, and kitchen all complement each other and invite your group to sit and unwind. An elevated dining area off the main dining area provides a second table for the group to sit and enjoy a meal at. A lofted ocean view seating area is positioned above the great room. Sliding glass doors from the great room and kitchen area lead out to the sun deck that wraps around from the west to the east side of the house. A spiral staircase from the top deck takes you up to the rooftop deck that showcases 360-degree views from the ocean and all around you. A large king bedroom rounds out the top floor with a seating area, a private deck, and a large private bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
