There are two grilles (gas and charcoal) to fire up a fast lunch and a lighted tiki bar to quench everybody’s thirst as the day winds down. Use the outdoor shower for a quick and convenient rinse off. Just inside, the aforementioned game room also features two queen sleeper couches, a TV and wet bar. There is also a full bath on this level. Four of the home’s bedrooms take up the first level, including one room with two twins with a trundle; a “pirate room” for the kids with two bunk beds; and a king and a queen that both offer deck access. The laundry room is conveniently located here as well.
