Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a boardwalk walkway to your own Soundfront private dock with stairs for simple modest craft launching. Carport with picnic table and outside shower, charcoal grille and parking for 4-5 cars.

Mid Level: Entry level. Great room with flat-screen TV and sound vistas! Kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining room seating for 7 and access to the screened porch and Soundfront dock.  Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open loft with 2 Double Beds and sound vistas, full hall bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and sound vistas! 

Extras: Soundfront dock, TV, high speed internet, washer / dryer, books, games, screened porch, picnic table, charcoal grille, outside shower, sound vistas, parking for 4 to 5 cars,  linens and towels supplied and community pool and tennis (nominal use fee for tennis). No Smoking. No Animals.  Full week units only. House Address: 107 Royal Tern Lane, Duck. Beds: Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does NOT provide beach chairs, but guest can use the beach gear credit below to have them delivered for the week.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
