Located in the Sanderling community, Duck Diamond offers a beautifully updated setting for families and friends to enjoy time together on the Outer Banks. Refreshed in 2024, the home features Brazilian teak decking, ocean views, spacious gathering areas, and thoughtful amenities throughout.

The open-concept main level makes it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether preparing meals in the kitchen, gathering around the dining table, or relaxing in the great room. The dining table seats 12, while vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

Comfortable Accommodations

Three en-suite queen bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for adults traveling together. Updated bathrooms feature marble tile flooring, tiled showers, glass enclosures, and rain shower heads. A bunk bedroom with two bunk sets sleeps four, while an additional bedroom with two twin beds completes the sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests.

Beds are made with fresh linens before arrival, and towels are provided so guests can settle in as soon as they reach the home.

Kitchen and Living Areas

The well-equipped kitchen includes Calcutta Gold quartz countertops, two full-size refrigerators, a wine cooler, and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. It opens directly to the great room, where a 65-inch Samsung Smart LED 4K Ultra HD TV and Bose sound system with Bluetooth provide a comfortable place to unwind.

The screened porch is ideal for morning coffee, quiet afternoons, or relaxing in the evening. Guests can also enjoy a PlayStation 4, board games, books, ping pong, cornhole, and entertainment systems throughout the home. After a full day at the beach, unwind in the sauna or Jacuzzi.

Beach Access and Outdoor Amenities

Beach access is located approximately 100 feet from the home by way of a wooden walkway, making it easy to get to and from the shore. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cruiser bicycles, and an oversized beach cart are provided to help make beach days more convenient.

Additional outdoor features include a hammock, basketball goal, park grill area, outdoor rain shower with copper piping, covered carport, landscaped gardens, and a dedicated fish-cleaning table with sink. Parking is available for approximately six to eight vehicles.

Sanderling Community Amenities

Guests of Duck Diamond have access to Sanderling community amenities, including a soundfront pool, tennis courts available for a fee, sound boat access, and scenic wooden walkways. Eight miles of multi-use paths wind through the community and surrounding maritime forest, providing plenty of opportunities for walking and biking.

The restaurants, shops, and seasonal activities in the Town of Duck are just a short drive or bike ride away.

2024 Updates

Recent updates include new cedar shake siding, new windows throughout the home, and updated sliding and swing doors. Restoration Hardware chandeliers, vanities, designer furnishings, and high-end finishes complete the refreshed interior.

Guests staying longer than 13 nights are required to schedule a complimentary mid-stay clean.

Exterior: Rock and cement driveway, parking pad near basketball goal and park grill area, covered cement carport, additional gravel parking pad, parking for approximately 6 to 8 vehicles, landscaped gardens maintained weekly, and outdoor rain shower with copper piping.

Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 bunk sets and 50-inch TV; den with 42-inch TV, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, and L-shaped sofa; en-suite queen bedroom with shower, 42-inch TV, and deck access; en-suite queen bedroom with deck access and no TV; bedroom with 2 twin beds, deck access, partial ocean views, and no TV; sauna room with glass door.

Beach Access: Located to the left of the driveway in the cul-de-sac, approximately 100 feet from the home. A wooden walkway leads to the beach.
