Enjoy a quick walk to the beach access, where you can search for sea glass, splash in the Atlantic, or try your skills at surfing or paddle boarding. Beach Blessing is only 225 yards to the beach access via a path with a designated pedestrian crosswalk across Route 12.

Community Amenities: The Hillcrest Drive beach parking area has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches, a viewing platform and a volleyball court. Beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. 

3 marinas: North Marina, South Marina & Loblolly Marina. There is a boat launch ramp at the North Marina off South Dogwood Trail, as well as a pavilion for parties and events. 

Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail includes a playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach.

Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings!

Sea Oats Park (corner of Sea Oats and Hickory Trails) provides a basketball half court with one hoop, children’s play area, soccer field and picnic tables.

A secluded parking area approximately 500’ from the beach, specifically for Chicahauk owners and guests.

Outside: Hot Tub on Ground Level, Outdoor Shower.

Seasonal community parking passes provided and must be displayed in vehicle when parking in designated areas including beach accesses, tennis courts, Soundview Park, and marinas.
