Sunrise is one of only two units in the complex with a full width view from the living room. It is a great condo for a relaxing family getaway and the perfect spot to experience amazing OBX sunrises! This cozy second-floor condo offers wonderful ocean views from the deck, which the whole family will enjoy. Relax on the beach and let the sights and sounds of the ocean soothe you, or soak up the sun by the community pool. Take a swim and let the cool water wash away your worries.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, Sunrise is close to shopping. Sometimes we all need a little retail therapy to help us relax. Our local shops offer a large array of items for you and even souvenirs to take home with you. After a long day at the beach or shopping till you drop, it’s time to eat. Feeding the family is easy with a well-stocked kitchen, 3 onsite park grills, and local dining options nearby. The Golden Strand complex also offers an on-site community washer and dryer.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge. No pets.

Pool (30x70) available from May 15 - October 15, 2026. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to dusk.

Please note that parking passes are required and can be picked up from the on-site office located within the complex.
