Welcome to Mermaid of Magnolia! This charming 3-bedroom retreat is nestled in the family-friendly Currituck Club community in Corolla, offering access to fantastic amenities right at your fingertips.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area, complete with a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cooking ware. The living room is cozy and inviting, featuring a Smart TV and comfy seating. Fireplace is not operational.

The top level houses the master suite with a plush king bed and an en suite full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and a versatile bunk bed with a full-size futon, ensuring a comfortable sleep for all guests. The top level also includes a full bathroom, while the lower level features a convenient powder room.

One of the standout features of this property is the luxurious private pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The screened porch and nearby gas grill provide an ideal setting for outdoor dining or simply relaxing with a good book.

Your furry family member is welcome, as this home is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs only, please, with additional fee).

The Currituck Club offers everything you need to keep the whole family occupied and entertained all week! Amenities include three community pools, a fitness center, a playground, tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, bocce ball court, bike trails, and planned activities. A convenient seasonal trolley service makes it easy to get to the beach. For an additional fee, experience the Currituck Club's Rees Jones-designed golf course.

The Currituck Club is a gated community. To improve the arrival experience of the Currituck Club guests and to enhance the security of the Community, weekly gate codes will be distributed to guests only upon check-in. Guests will report to the Tiki Bar at the Main Pool where they will then receive wristbands and check-in information. Complete details will be found in the Guest Portal after booking.

Join us before your check-in on Saturdays or Sundays from 10 - 4 all summer long to get a jump on your vacation! Let the interns entertain the kids with pool games while you stretch from the drive and relax in the cabana furniture with a cold beverage! With music, sandwiches and snacks, wine and beer available, you can get your wristbands and even grab a trolley to the beach. With the expanded shower, you and the littles can rinse off and take another dip in the pool while you wait for your house to be ready!
