The under house entry takes you to the first level. A laundry room is on this level for your convenience. There is a split staircase and the left side leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance and a flat screen TV. There is a full bath with shower on this level. The right side of the staircase leads to a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and TV. There is a full bath on this level. Another split stair case leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance, ocean views, and a flat screen TV. The right side of the split goes to the kitchen level. There is seating at a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped. Up just a few more steps from the kitchen is the living area. There are two new sofas, flat screen TV, and a deck entrance with delightful ocean views. The deck has seating and a picnic table so you can enjoy sunrise and watch the stars at night!

On the ground level is an outdoor shower and a gas grill. Parking is limited to one car under house and one in the driveway. No telephone at the property. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as there are abundant stairs in this house.
