There is seating at a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped. Up just a few more steps from the kitchen is the living area. There are two new sofas, flat screen TV, and a deck entrance with delightful ocean views. The deck has seating and a picnic table so you can enjoy sunrise and watch the stars at night!
On the ground level is an outdoor shower and a gas grill. Parking is limited to one car under house and one in the driveway. No telephone at the property. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as there are abundant stairs in this house.
