Located at milepost 8.5, Birch is in the center of everything, including opportunities for great shopping, tasty dining and activities for the whole family. The Avalon Fishing Pier is nearby at milepost 6, and history buffs will enjoy a visit to the Wright Brothers National Memorial located at milepost 7.5. As for dining, be sure to experience a local favorite, Mama Kwan’s at milepost 9.5, and try their delicious fish tacos. The beach road also offers an abundance of local eateries, including Jack Brown's Beer and Burger Joint just down the road.

The main entry door to this property is on the Southeast corner of the cottage; not the slider door in the front. Please use the ocean side door toward the back of the house for entry. No pets.
