Welcome to Our Happy Place, a thoughtfully designed, single-level home featuring step-free access throughout, making every moment of your stay effortless - from unpacking to poolside relaxation. Located in the beautiful and serene community of Water Oak, guests will feel right at home in this cozy, newly-constructed vacation getaway!

Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a large island, and quartz countertops. Seamlessly connecting to the dining room adorned with a trey ceiling, this kitchen sets the stage for effortless entertaining. Beyond lies the living area, offering a new fireplace to stay cozy during cooler evenings, as well as ample space for unwinding, while glass sliding doors beckon you to the rear patio and relaxing private pool area.

The king en suite offers abundant natural light, a generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a tile shower and a dual sink vanity. Two more spacious bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The family will love amenities such as the community pier on Kitty Hawk Bay along with easy access to miles of scenery on the multi-use path. Our Happy Place is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities, including Lost Treasure Golf, the Wright Brothers Memorial, the splash pad and playground at Meekins Park, two grocery stores, Duck Donuts, Max’s Italian Restaurant, Goombay’s, and so much more.

Linens are not provided, but can be rented for an additional fee.

The private pool is open from April 1st-October 15th, 2025. Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week.
