Sails Aloft features a reverse floor plan with the bedrooms on the first floor, main living area on the upper floor, and an observatory room with a private deck up top. The first floor includes one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, one bedroom with queen bed and television, full hall bathroom, queen en suite with private bath and television, and laundry area. The upper level encompasses a spacious great room with television, and stereo with CD player for all your entertainment needs. The fully-stocked kitchen, half bath, and spiral staircase to the loft round out this level. Take the spiral stairs to the observatory loft which has deck access and a double futon for watching out the windows or reading a good book. There is a charcoal grill and fish cleaning table to satisfy the fisherman and the cook in the family, too!

Additionally Sails Aloft guests will enjoy the use of an Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office.
