A Less Crowded Location
The Sanderling community pays tribute to a simple and unadorned life at the beach with a well preserved native landscape, while also boasting resort style amenities through the Racquet & Swim Club. Located on the north end of Duck, you're conveniently located between Duck Village and the town of Corolla, perfect for exploring both locations during your stay. This area is less populated than the more crowded in-town developments, and coupled with Duck's private beaches, you'll enjoy a more traditional atmosphere.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
