This lovely home offers a unique floor plan where families take joy in the separate private entrance on the ground level with recreation room and foosball table. The kids absolutely love this and are usually the first to claim this section of the house! There is even an extra queen bed and half bath on the ground level. Spend the days splashing around in your very own sparkling saltwater private pool and enjoy lazy afternoons lounging on the sundeck. Fishers can prep their catch at the fishing cleaning table for a tasty dinner. Every day will be a great day at this vacation retreat!

Location. Location. Location. Walk to the charming Duck Village for morning coffee and Duck Donuts or enjoy a fresh seafood dinner overlooking the sound. Very closet to Scarborough Faire Village shops and restaurants, so ladies be ready to shop in some of the most amazing boutiques on the Outer Banks!

Also take advantage of the Town of Duck's free concerts and family activities or take a stroll on the town board walk around the sound. Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and soak up the summer sun in this ideal vacation home. Our Heart's Desire awaits you and your family!

The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October. Pool size is approximately 12’ x 28’.

OCD-108 is non-pet friendly.

Located right next to OCD-23 for larger family gatherings.
