An open floor plan with large kitchen makes this home a very comfortable beach cottage. Guests will enjoy use of an Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office. Half Back is conveniently located near all the necessities; groceries, shopping, fishing pier and restaurants. Fishers can prep their catch for dinner at the fish cleaning table. Stream all your favorites with Roku on the 42" flat LCD screen TV in the great room and a 55" TV in the en suite with private bath. The other bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, and the owner provides Roku streaming services.
