Located in the Sanderling community in Duck, known for its preservation of green areas and natural setting, you will benefit at “Near the Edge” with daily sunrises over the ocean and the beach access is just a skip over the dune. Your family will bond together in the quiet ambience of Outer Banks as it should be. Quiet streets lined with scrub oaks, winding throughout the neighborhood for biking, walking and jogging along, or for the more active folks you can take a trek down the multiuse path in Duck for miles of exercise and a break at the Village of Duck! 

Enjoy the sun and breeze on spacious decks. Access to the sound side pool with amazing sound views and sunsets includes a kiddie pool, Bathhouse and hours of pleasure for your family. Tennis is available for a small fee at the sound front clubhouse complex.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
