Life's A Beach offers guests distinctive upgrades, contemporary furnishings and trendy amenities to enjoy throughout your stay. All TVs in the home offer Roku devices and cable access through the Spectrum app. Guests are welcome to log into their personal accounts to access other streaming services such as Hulu and Disney+.

Sleeping options on the ground level include a delightful king suite with flatscreen TV and private bath. A surf-theme suite with private bath is furnished with a double bunk, double trundle , and flatscreen TV. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units is centrally located. The balance of this floor is dedicated to indoor entertainment, and the fun begins in a custom surround sound home theater with avant-garde mural, theater style recliners, modern sofa chaise sectional, 90" projection screen and 5.1 JBL system. Next, move to the recreation lounge to hone your competitive skills at the billiard table. A convenient kitchenette provides a sink, stainless steel microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig. A custom bar ledge with seating faces the mounted rec room flat screen, or panels can be opened to the home theater to view movies on the projection screen. A half bath is conveniently located and also serves as a cabana bath to those enjoying outdoor amenities.
Doors open to an outdoor area and custom pool with multi-color lights, wet deck, and inset kiddie pool. The surrounding deck is well furnished with sitting and lounging options to sunbathe under clear coastal skies. Dock your iPod and enjoy the outdoor speaker system while star gazing in the bubbling hot tub. Grill casual BBQ meals, play yard games on the grassy lawn or journey to and from the pristine shoreline on a private beach walkway with dune-top deck.

An array of stylish bedrooms await guests on the first floor, and all have private baths and flatscreen TVs. Four are furnished with king beds and two are oceanfront with water views and retractable wall systems that open so guests can slumber to the lull of waves lapping the shoreline. The queen suite provides a bathroom equipped for those with special needs with roll under sink and a barrier free custom tile shower. A trendy media area on this level is outfitted with a sectional, arm chair, table with four chairs, mounted flat screen TV with Wii game console (bring own games) and a wet bar with sink, stainless steel microwave, Keurig, and full refrigerator.

The highlight of this home is the second floor great room with lofty ceilings, hardwood floors, breathtaking ocean views and sea breezes from the opened glass wall system. A sectional is nestled around a flat screen TV, beverage center and seasonal gas fireplace. A pub table with two chairs creates a conversation area. Doors open to a covered porch to enjoy heightened coastal views and cooling breezes. Formal meals are served in the ocean view dining area featuring a custom built 20 foot Bubinga wood dining table.
The kitchen overlooks the great room and has distinctive cabinets, granite countertops and casual bar seating. Stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, indoor grill and griddle, microwave, Keurig, standard drip coffee maker, and two dishwashers. A half bath is centrally located. A peaceful soundside sitting lounge with bench seating provides a quiet retreat for conversations, reading or TV viewing. The top level is completed by a king suite with a private bathroom equipped with a large custom tile shower with body jets.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Access ramp to home, and all floors are accessible by elevator. Queen bedroom on first floor has bathroom with roll under sink and barrier free shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed facing towards the driveway and the side of the house.
