The lower level is for fun: here, you’ll find a sitting room, full bath, rec room with kitchenette as well as glass doors leading to the pool and hot tub. This floor’s only bedroom suite has a queen bed, a twin bed, and its own bathroom—great for privacy and families with little ones or late-nighters.

The mid-level features a west-side main entry, relaxing reading room with puzzle table and 5 bedrooms all with private attached bathrooms. These include one bunk room (with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds to sleep 4) and four-bedroom suites with king-size beds and TVs. Direct ocean-facing deck and beach access are available from the hall.

The upper level is vacation central with its open-concept kitchen, dining area, 2 king master bedrooms and great room with awesome views. Just off this space is a private den with 50" Smart TV and west-facing deck access. Prep a fresh seafood feast for the group in the full kitchen, featuring all appliances and plenty of counter space. Six can gather for breakfast and coffee at the kitchen peninsula. At dinnertime, the dining table seats up to 14, with another 4-person table nearby.

The top level offers oceanfront decks to the east and additional sun porches on the west side. Shade lovers will enjoy the mid-level balcony and the private wooden walkway through the dunes to the beach. On the ground floor is a pool area tucked into the dunes with shaded hammock. Outdoor shower, grill area, hot tub, and enclosed patio are a few more extras.

The house was beautiful. My only complaint is the elevator was not working for the first three days. Our party had an 80 year old and two 76 year olds. This is the second time we have rented homes with elevators and the same thing happened both times.

A great week in the OBX

We had a great week at Paradise Found. Got the text saying the unit was ready right on time. Very much appreciate the team working to have the unit ready as soon as possible. We were in the unit within 20 minutes. The house was clean and in order, and the the temperature was even perfect. A storm had come through the week before and there was a bit of sand in the pool although it was still usable. I sent a text to just let them know and the next day the pool was serviced! Again, much appreciated! That was the only issue we had during the week. We have stayed in this house a number of times and each year there are improvements made. Beach Realty has been great, the improvements that have been made to the reservation/payment process makes the process much simpler.

Paradise Found Rental

My family of 20, spanning 3 generations, have been renting this house since before COVID. We enjoyed all life at the beach offers. It has easy access to the beach, nice pool, great hot tub, and plenty of common area spaces. In addition to all the outdoor activities, we enjoyed karaoke, puzzles, games both large and small, and reading in a quiet space. The house is well insulated with well-carpeted stairs and comfortable beds.

Great Pet Friendly spot right on the beach!

Very comfortable house that fit our big family and some friends for a wedding. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, great location across from Fat Boys Ice Cream. Dogs had a ball. Beach Realty was extremely responsive, not that we needed much!

A Good Time Was Had By All

Family reunion/vacation. Everything in the house worked. Great layout for adults and kids. Lots of fun at the beach. Must mention that the restrained (not too much kitch) decoration, and having everything work were especially nice. Great beach access.

Couple nits. Only one refrigerator upstairs was a bit limiting. Icemaker had a broken lid.

Nice House with some issues

While we love this house and have stayed here 3 times, we were very disappointed in housekeeping/maintenance issues we had. Poop stained carpets in 2 bedrooms, broken door on ice machine, ac issues. Although these were minor and were fixed quickly, it was a pain to deal with while on vacation.

All things considered, this was one of the most issue-free stays we’ve had in OBX. We have stayed in this house several times with multiple management companies and Beach Realty did a nice job. The house layout works great for us, and the location, just north of Jennet’s pier, is great. Keyless entry is so much better than when we had to stop in at the office to get keys. Using text for communication worked well, got the text that the house was ready a few minutes early which was appreciated. No issues that required us to contact Beach Realty so other than the automated texts we had no reason to communicate with them, which was great.

We would go back again. A few things needed to be repaired and many light bulbs needed to be replaced. The ice machine door was broken but the machine still made ice. We love the insulation that kept the house quiet, especially the stairs. Great location.

Wonderful week with family

The location of the house was perfect. It was so easy for the kids to get to the beach where they had a wonderful time. Dolphins were in the ocean a number of times close to shore which was very exciting. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which was checked mid-week. The house is close to Jannette's fishing pier. The description of the house was very true, the house was spotless on arrival. There were a couple of things broken upon arrival and I sent a text to the rental company just to let them know we had not broken them and someone came on Sunday and fixed it, which was a nice surprise. The little store next door was very handy it had everything you could possibly need. Ice cream across the road - brilliant!!!! We really enjoyed the amenities of this house more than any we have rented before. We would recommend this house without hesitation. Our first time in the Outer Banks but would come back and hopefully to this property.

The space in the house met our needs. I really like the number of king beds that it had. The kitchen met our needs with the two dishwashers. We used the downstairs refrigerator for all of our drinks. Be sure to bring a roll of toilet tissue with you. You will need until you can get to the store. Almost all of our party flew in and arrived to a house with no tp. You may want to rent extra towels as you are only provided one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person. With the amount of washing that was done an extra set of washer and dryer would be extremely helpful. There is a corn hole set but no bean bags... we made our own. The pool and hot tub were very nice. There are two large piles of sand that blow into the pool when it is windy. Landscaping would help this issue. If you have elderly in your party please be aware that when come off the walkway to beach very steep hill to conquer. My 80 year old mother had a bit of difficulty navigating. The house could really usually an interior paint job.

Wonderful view of the ocean; beach had a lot of trash from the beach goers. Dolphins everyday. This house had the 3 basic things we needed elevator, dog friendly and ocean front. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lots of sitting areas for privacy. Close to quality restaurants; ice cream shop right across the highway. A couple glitches with the house the hot tub was out of service and the first floor ice maker’s door would not shut. The pool area was great!!!

This house is huge, nicely furnished and well stocked. We did have an issue on check-in but Rebecca S. from Beach Realty was wonderful. She took care of the problem without it being an inconvenience for us. Thank you Rebecca! The only complaint is with the sand around the pool deck. It's impossible to keep the sand out of the pool. It was cleaned once during the week but that only lasts a day. If a vacuum was there so we could clean it ourselves, that would have been perfect.

This house is fantastic! Well furnished and a lot of amenities. Beds were comfortable! My only complaint is the elevator lights did not work. Although I called this in, maintenance never showed up. Also, no one came midweek to clean the pool.

We spent an awesome week on the OBX at Paradise Found. This house is perfect for a large family gathering. We had 15 of us there for the week and had more than enough room to find some solitude when needed. �� The location is great. Short walk to the pier which came in very handy with the kids. Cahoons convenience store is literally next door and FatBoyz ice cream shop was right across the street. The property is well maintained and was in great condition upon our arrival. The only minor recommendation we would make is for the owner to add a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We highly recommend this property if you love the convenience of being on the beach.

Bad weather, 40 MPH winds (4 days) 6-10 ft. ocean waves, WONDERFU

1 WONDERFUL WEEK, terrible weather, high winds,
hi serf, but a great beach house to hunker down with COVID-19. We were texted @ 4 pm, that we could enter, I have 4 custodians, they did another deep clean, of everything, they would not let us into house, so we unloaded all the luggage by elevator. 3 cheers for Beach Realty cleaning crew 97% -100% clean !!! Found Gas grill unusable, called Beach Realty, 30 min. later man came, agreed grill done, called owner (Thank You), we had NEW 5 burner grill by 2 pm to cook our Steaks we brought from home. Beach Realty & Owner much apricated this late in season. We had Twiddy 6 years & they never fixed TV's, Ice makers, Grills, so we are now Beach Realty people. This was the BEST kept beach house we have stayed in the last 6 years. Minor faults that did not bother us, No Wisk in Kitchen,1st level dishwasher leaked, but not worries we still had 2 good ones in kitchen, 1 Mr. Coffee bit the dust after many years of great service, but no need to call B/R we still had Kurek and reg. coffee pot. TV's 6 of 8 working, best we have ever been given, My IT person fond simple problems and fixed 8 of-8. TV @ corner of pool table had not cables to it, we brought down, kitchen tv cables and fixed tv @ pool table. Still these were easy fixes for our IT family, but we did not have to call, and Twiddy would have never been able to fix. Kitchen faucets and some bathroom, drip a lot after closing, but that's after a long year. This was the best maintained, clean, beach house we have stayed in, in a log time.

Perfect OBX Week

This is our second time renting this property. We love the location and the house hast the perfect number of bedrooms for our family. We will definitely be renting this house in 2022. The deck could use some maintenance. The wood is splintering and the nail heads are popping up everywhere. We spent some time hammering down nails. Shoes are a must while walking on the deck.

Happy Trail's 2020 Beach Vacation

Good time was had by all. This is the 15th year the family has vacationed in this house. The work that has been done to level the sand dunes to see ocean from house is wonderful. Also the added solar lights outside by the pool and walkway to the beach are great. The updated bunk room was enjoyed by the grand kids. Only complaints are: need several cookie sheets (couldn't find any) and there needs to be mid-week pool service.

Perfect house for a retired friends getaway with off-season rates. We loved stretching out all over the house. Location is close to the beach and the pool is bigger than most. 6 bedrooms with king beds and personal bathrooms are what sold us on this place. Well stocked, spacious house with elevator that helped with luggage and groceries. And finally a beach rental where the air conditioning worked well! Had a problem with the main TV and someone came out in less than 30 minutes. We plan on returning next year!

We’ve stayed in this house for a week the past few summers, evidently we really like the house! And the location is awesome, right up from Jennette’s pier. If you have a surfer it is a prime location. The elevator serves all floors, including the pool and the beach access, which is nice if you have someone with limited mobility. Number of furniture, mattress, other upgrades this year which were a welcome improvement. The realtor was very easy to work with, and responsive, no issues there. Unfortunately we got to try out the trip insurance this year also as we got evacuated on Tuesday. Guess it worked, but I would have rather had my days on the beach.

Happy Trail's 2019 Beach Vacation

This was our 10th year vacationing at the house. Loved the new decor through out. Wish owner would update the bunk room. Get rid of the huge T V that is in there and does not work and put a dresser and T V in there so kids have somewhere to put clothes but still have a working T V.

Wonderful Winter Girls Weekend

Quick girls weekend at Paradise Found was a wonderful way to kick off 2019! There were 10 of us at the house and we all loved the property & location. Awesome views, beach access, and great size bedrooms/bathrooms. Lots of great restaurants nearby, too! Enjoyed being at the Outer Banks in the off-season and getting to enjoy the scenery while cozying and catching up inside. Spent most of our time in the house on the main living level and downstairs bar area. Portable karaoke machine in the house was a fun surprise and made for some entertaining evenings. Enjoyed having both a Keurig and coffee pot to choose from each morning. Kitchen was well-stocked and house was nicely furnished. Can't wait to plan another trip back to Paradise Found for the summer with family! Highly recommend!
