Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront outdoor amenities. There are two bedrooms on this floor that share a full bath. One is furnished with a queen bed and the other is furnished with one twin bunk and one pyramid bunk.

A full bath and laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are centrally located on this floor. The oceanfront covered deck provides outdoor furnishings and a hot tub for relaxation while enjoying rejuvenating ocean breezes.

The sun deck, accessible from the great room, has deck furnishings for sunbathing and to soak in spectacular views of the Atlantic. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze and provides a refrigerator with icemaker, two dishwashers, a range/oven, microwave, Keurig, standard drip coffee maker, and pantry. A kitchen bar with seating for six is the perfect place for casual dining, drinks and conversation. A half bath and reading nook are conveniently located on this floor, and this level is completed by a large king bedroom that has a sitting area and private bath with jetted soaking tub, shower and dual sink vanity.
