Ten TVs, a rec room with a pool table, and a high chair round out the interior, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
Outside, a 20 x 8 private pool, hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walkway keep the day moving from sunrise to starlight. The location sits right across the bypass from Nags Head Golf Links and close to grocery stores and both casual and upscale restaurants. Free high-speed wireless internet is included, and this Outer Banks home offers Sunday check-in.

The interior ground level of this home includes a rec room with pool table, the natural gathering spot for a late-night tournament. The bedroom on this level is a king, and there is a full bath available that is shared with the rec room. Outside, the pool area offers a hot tub, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, lounge chairs, and plenty of space to sprawl out in the sunshine, with a new tiki bar arriving for 2026. Stairs lead to the private beach walkway. A dune top deck lets you sit atop the dune and savor the views and the sea breezes.

The middle level of this home offers six bedrooms (two are kings with private baths). Four of the bedrooms have king beds, the fifth has a pyramid bunk and twin bunk, and the sixth room has a pyramid bunk. A full hall bath and laundry are also located on this level, keeping beach towels and swimsuits in steady rotation. The mid-level deck connects directly to the private beach walkway with dune-top seating, so the ocean is only a few steps from your bedroom door.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat cost is $400.00 for both 2026 and 2027; the pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027.
