Day trips to historic downtown Manteo, Bodie Island Lighthouse, or the Wright Brothers National Memorial are all easy from this home, and Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve, and Jeannette's Pier are a short drive up the beach road.

An elevator connects all three levels, so arrive to the first floor, which features five comfortable bedrooms. A king bedroom with a private bath (special access) and a king with a shared bath both open to the deck via sliding glass doors, so you can step outside and feel the ocean breeze. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and the fifth room has one double and one twin. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and a second laundry area on this level keeps beach towels and swimsuits in rotation.
