Located in the community of South Nags Head, you'll enjoy the less-crowded beaches associated with this more secluded area, part of the gateway to Pea Island Reserve and the National Park Service coastline. Day trips to historic downtown Manteo, Bodie Island Lighthouse, or the Wright Brothers National Memorial are all easy from this home, as are Jockey's Ridge State Park and the Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve. Inside on the ground level, the rec room is decked out with entertainment options, including a mounted flat screen TV. The kitchenette has a full refrigerator for convenient additional food storage, microwave, and sink, making poolside snacks and drinks easy to serve. An adjacent bedroom with two pyramid bunksets (each has one twin trundle) and a second room with one double and one twin round out the ground floor. Both rooms feature a flatscreen TV. Outside the rec room on the way to the pool and hot tub area, outdoor showers and a cabana half bath are available, along with gas and charcoal grills for beach day dinners.

An elevator connects all three levels, so arrive to the first floor, which features five comfortable bedrooms. A king bedroom with a private bath (special access) and a king with a shared bath both open to the deck via sliding glass doors, so you can step outside and feel the ocean breeze. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and the fifth room has one double and one twin. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and a second laundry area on this level keeps beach towels and swimsuits in constant rotation.

On the top level, the great room features two separate seating areas, a flat screen 65" TV, a large dining table with built-in buffet, and a spacious kitchen, all overlooking the great Atlantic via a virtual wall of windows. A king bedroom features a flat screen TV and a private bathroom.

Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, sand accumulation can cover the beach walkway.
Outdoor Showers: Two enclosed outdoor showers are located on the ground level covered oceanside patio, an open rinse station is located next to the hot tub.
Special Access Amenities: An elevator accesses all levels. An oceanfront king on the first floor has a bathroom equipped for those with special needs. Please note that none of our homes are ADA complaint. Contact our office for more details.
Additional Details: Located at Milepost 19 in Nags Head. Saturday check-in. Two highchairs are provided. No pets allowed.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
