On the top level the great room is spacious for a large gathering, and there is an additional mid-level den…divide and conquer! Hardwood and classic decor add character to this lovely Duck beach house. Exit from the ground level rec room opens to a fenced Patio leading to Gated Pool Deck.

“Lazy Dayz” is located in Duck Landing, right in the middle of Duck Village. Closer to the beach, but still within walking or biking distance through the village for quaint shops, sightseeing and watersports. The teens and older kids will have a blast using the community amenities. You will have year round access to the indoor clubhouse that includes a heated indoor private pool, heated kiddie pool, bath and changing facilities, game room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong, and a fitness room. There are outdoor tennis courts for your use, and even oceanfront parking, although the house is an easy walk to the beach access. 

Duck Landing is located right across Duck Town Park, with a children’s playground, outdoor theater and boardwalk through the sound side shops. Town activities for guests during summer months include yoga on the green, children’s activities and concerts. Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
