Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a modest ice chest / freezer (sizable enough for a few bags of ice).  Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access.  The hot tub sits on this huge mid level deck. 

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining area seating 12 with access to a covered deck with a picnic table and grille and a half bath.  King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, full private bathroom and private deck access.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
