Full hall/cabana bathroom with complimentary standing ice maker and pool deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access.  2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace deck access and a ship’s watch. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove. Dining area seating 8 with deck access. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
