Home theater with projector TV, stereo, Queen Sleep Couch and a wet bar with sink. Laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: Offers 3 King Master Bedrooms each with flat screen TVs, private bathrooms and deck access. Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle, flat-screen TV and deck access. Half bathroom between levels. 

Top Level: Great room with sizable flat-screen TV, sound bar, wine refrigerator and gas fireplace and the kitchen with counter seating for 5, island seating 2, prep sink, 2 dishwashers, Keurig coffee maker and deck access. Dining area with seating for 10 and deck access and a King Master Bedroom Suite with flat-screen TV, sitting area, deck access and private bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
