The property features opulent ivory bead board woodwork in the halls, kitchen, and wet bar area, contributing to the refined yet casual ambiance of this professionally designed, beach-themed bungalow. Recently refreshed with luxury vinyl wood floor throughout, the home is conveniently positioned next to the community pool—ideal for swimming laps—and within walking distance to Food Lion, fresh stores, eateries, family entertainment, and Buck Island’s exclusive beach cabana facilities, which include bathrooms and lifeguards.

Ground Level: The private courtyard offers a calming 6-person hot tub, 2 chaise lounges (with cushions) for naps or sunbathing and a Solo Bonfire Pit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs for appreciating evening fires. Choose either the gas or park charcoal grille to prepare your favorite cut of steak or fish. Lower entry door opens to entry and hallway with bedrooms located on either end. One bedroom has a Double bed and the another with a Queen (with bed topper), Day Bed, Trundle, and TV/DVD, sharing a full hall bathroom. The enclosed garage provides beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 geared cruiser bicycles, sand toys, and pool floats.

Mid Level: The property features a King Master bedroom equipped with a Samsung SmartTV with Soundbar and a private sitting area separated by pocket doors, furnished with lounge chairs. Additionally, there is a Queen Master bedroom (with bed topper) with a TV and Soundbar. Also on this level is the laundry area with new Samsung washer and dryer. The front door leads to second floor piazza with chairs.

Top Level: Roomy great room with Samsung 4K Intelligent TV with Soundbar, Blu-Ray Theater System, and subscriptions to Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Netflix, and Peacock+. Fireside living room offers Bluetooth-connected music via a Samsung Soundbar. Wet bar includes drink center, seating for 3, and beach cabana décor. Slider doors open to new TimberTech deck with ambient lighting, outside dining for 4, lounge area with 4 chairs, overlooking Buck Island’s wildlife areas. Chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, convection range with warming drawer, dual-zone wine cooler, and Cuisinart cookware. Corion topped island offers seating for 4. Adjoining dining room seats 10.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 10% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
