This cavernous townhome includes 2 living rooms both with big screen TVs.  It's a great arrangement for kids or teens to have their own space. Appreciate three decks with great high elevation vistas of the Sound as well as a screen porch for outdoor dining. The community indoor pool is just a few steps from your front door!

Access to the screen porch offering a table and chairs seating 6 and to the sun deck, both with sound vistas. Queen Bedroom with semi-private bathroom (second door to hallway shared with living areas).

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony with sound vistas and full bathroom with dual vanity, whirlpool tub and shower.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Garage is not available to guests.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
