Ground level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport, gated pool area with 2 picnic tables, corn hole game and outside shower. Entry level. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid level: King Master Bedroom with TV, private deck with ocean vistas and private bathroom with tub and shower. Den with Futon, TV/DVD and access to the hot tub deck, Queen Bedroom with deck access to the hot tub area, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access with ocean view, hall bath with tub and shower and a half bath on landing to upper level.

Top level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, private bathroom and deck access with ocean vistas. Sizable kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining area seating 8 and the great room with TV and deck access. Ship’s Watch with gorgeous ocean vistas.

Extras: Private  Pool (12 x 26), hot tub, two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 4 TVs (streaming), 2 DVDs, wireless internet, gas & charcoal grilles, ships watch, beach toys, beach chairs, screened porch, high chair, infant gate, hammock, outside shower, corn hole, movies, books, puzzles, water cooler with hot and cold options (water bottles not supplied) and linens and towels supplied. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available to renters. 

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive cars such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Trash pick-up is Wednesday and Sunday.

Swan Beach is convenient for families with kids and older folks because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive car brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and savor the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and appreciate the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and tons of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are supplied with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip .
 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
