The ground floor offers a rec room with a bumper pool table, a seated-style arcade game, a mounted Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, coffee makers, and counter-height seating for four. Push the sliding glass door aside and step out to the oceanside pool area that offers a private pool, a hot tub, and a cabana/bar area. The outdoor amenities that you will enjoy while staying at Duck Holiday don't end there. You will also have a gas grill, outdoor speakers, an open outdoor shower, and a private walkway that leads you over the dune and onto the expansive beaches of Duck.

Opening the front door and entering the middle floor, you are greeted by views of the ocean from the east end of the house. Straight ahead and centrally located is a den with a double bed, a Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that leads out onto the covered deck that looks to the Atlantic Ocean. The remainder of the first floor is dedicated to bedding options. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and private baths with walk-in showers. The third bedroom offers a built-in pyramid bunk and twin bunk and a private bath with a shower/tub. One of the king bedrooms is located on the east side of the house and offers ocean views as well as direct deck access via a sliding glass door. Steps from the first floor deck take you down to the pool area, where you can splash and play all day in the private pool.

Perhaps the most breathtaking space in the whole house is the top floor gathering area that is made up of the great room, kitchen, and dining. As you ascend the stairs, each step grants you a little more of the captivating view that comes with being located on the oceanfront. The great room and dining area have an abundance of windows that allow for natural light and uninterrupted views to engulf the entire room. The great room is furnished with a large sectional, swivel armchairs, and a writing desk. A Smart TV is mounted over a seasonal fireplace that is positioned between two built-in bench seats. Opposite the great room is the dining area, where your group will enjoy many delicious meals that are cooked with love around a large dining table. The dining area also offers a sliding glass door that leads out onto an oceanview deck furnished with a counter-height table and chairs, as well as Adirondack chairs. The kitchen will have even the least likely person wanting to whip up a meal! Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two large sinks, a range/oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker are all available. An island is centrally positioned for additional food prep space. On the west side of this level is a cozy reading nook that is furnished with an armchair, an ottoman, and an accent table. A half bath is conveniently located for those spending time on this floor. Rounding out the top floor is a king suite that offers a private oceanview deck and a private bath with a walk-in shower, a standalone soaking tub, and double vanities.
