Ground Level:

The ground level offers shaded parking for four vehicles, with parking for up to eight vehicles total. A dry entry leads to the elevator and Grand Staircase connecting all three floors. This level also includes a half bath, stacked washer and dryer, enclosed outdoor shower, and convenient access to the private pool and hot tub.

The lighted pool can be heated for an additional fee, while the hot tub is always ready for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

Level 2:

Four bedrooms are located on the mid level, offering a combination of comfort, flexibility, and private spaces to unwind. The Porthole Room sleeps up to six with two Queen beds and two Twin beds on a loft-style shelf spanning the room, all facing a 65-inch Smart TV. Attached is one of the home's two Grand Baths, featuring an ADA-accessible, eight-foot-wide roll-in shower with bench and two separate vanity areas.

The Pirate's Lair includes an adjustable King bed, daybed, and trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. It shares the spacious Glam Bath with The Captain's Quarters. This impressive bath features an oversized glass-enclosed shower with bench and a freestanding soaking tub set in the bay window—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Additional staterooms offer adjustable King beds, flat-screen Smart TVs, and either desks or worktables for guests who need to stay connected. Sliding doors provide easy access to the decks and coastal air.

The spacious Commodore's and Admiral's Quarters provide additional room to relax, with the Admiral's Quarters featuring a sectional sofa and recliner. Sliding doors lead to the south-facing decks.

There is also space for a crib in each bedroom if needed.

Also on this level is a full laundry room with counter space and an additional four-foot refrigerator, plus a recreation room with pool table, wet bar, and TV.

Level 3:

Upstairs, soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and walls of windows immediately draw your attention to the ocean views. Step outside onto the decks or porch and enjoy the salt air and sounds of the nearby Atlantic.

At the heart of the top level is the large, open-concept Great Room and multi-chef kitchen, designed with big groups in mind. The kitchen features two large sinks, two wall ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, an ice maker, and an oversized island with plenty of room for food preparation and casual snacking.

A walk-through scullery and pantry provides additional space for the microwave, small appliances, incoming groceries and provisions, and larger cookware, including steamers and stock pots.

The Great Room brings everyone together with dining space for 12–14, a six-person game table, window seating, a buffet and coffee—or grog—station, and a desk and charging area. A huge sectional and ottoman provide plenty of comfortable seating around the fireplace and 86-inch TV, which can be viewed throughout the Great Room and kitchen.

Sliding doors lead to the south deck, with exterior stairs providing direct access to the pool area.

On the north side of the home, the covered screened porch offers a quieter retreat with ocean views, coastal breezes, and the soothing sound of the waves. Enjoy morning coffee or tea, lunch in the shade, evening cocktails and music, or an afternoon nap. At Dolphin Watch, the real treasure is having time to slow down and enjoy being together.
