The cavernous top-level King Master Bedroom with Intelligent TV, new bed, private master bathroom, and direct deck access offers enormous oceanside windows to make you feel like you’re top the waves. Outside: Just outside your back door is a completely gated private pool and patio area where you can cool off in the water or relax in the brand new chaise lounge chairs, prepare out and eat poolside with the upsized gas grille and the patio dining set, or challenge another team for superiority with bespoke cornhole boards. On either side of the pool area are 6+ foot high privacy fences separating you from the neighbors. Also in the patio area are an outdoor shower and foot wash as well as exterior stairs for direct access to the hot tub on the second-level deck.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use. 

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
