This well-maintained estate has been impeccably designed with your comfort and entertainment in mind, and between the interior living areas, the decks, the outdoor lounges, and the poolside areas, there is plenty of space in which to relax and unwind. Inside, retreat to one of the special living areas available on each level: the expansive oceanview great room, the rec room, or the ground floor poolside bar. The home theater is perfect for movie night. Outside, you will feel like you are at a resort in the beautifully maintained backyard, which features the private pool (with FREE pool heat!), a hot tub, a cabana, an outdoor TV and sound system, a seasonal fireplace, and space to lounge in the sun or the shade.

To further enhance your stay, a seasonal cabana beach set up is offered from Mon-Sat (more information below), and as a guest of this home you will receive discounted golf fees (more information below). An EV charger is available onsite, 18 TVs are spread throughout the home, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected.

With 10 bedrooms, 10 private baths, 12 full baths, and 2 half baths, large groups spread out comfortably here. Bedding includes eight kings and four twin bunk sets, with king suites on all three levels and bunk rooms on the ground and first floors. Ten parking spaces and an elevator make arrival day easy, and Sunday check-in keeps the week simple. Please note that pets are not allowed at this home.

Corolla, North Carolina

Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is known for expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Nearby attractions include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, and guided beach tours in search of the wild horses that roam the area. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are found in local shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Golf, tennis, surfing lessons, kayak tours, and the local movie theater round out the options for an Outer Banks vacation that never runs short on things to do.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 3/22/2026 - 11/1/2026. 2027 Pool Open: 3/28/2027 - 11/7/2027. Pool heat is free in both seasons.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees compliments of the homeowner. Please reserve tee times in advance.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Community Note: This home is a part of the Pine Island Reserve neighborhood, a group of distinctive oceanfront estates. Please note that this home does not have access to the Pine Island Beach Club, but guests may visit the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness center for a small fee.
