Bedding includes eight kings and four twin bunks, and an elevator makes moving between the three levels effortless. Sophisticated yet comfortable design elements welcome you as you enter the home. Bedding options on the ground level include three king suites, and a fourth with two built-in twin bunksets. Each room has a flat screen TV and a private bath. A sitting area with a TV and fireplace adjoins to a full-size bar, featuring KitchenAid appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two bathrooms in this area, close to the pool area for convenience. Step outside to the expansive pool area, designed as an oasis to be enjoyed by your whole group. Four rocking chairs are centered around the outdoor TV. Ample seating is offered around the pool. If you're in need of some shade, a poolside covered gazebo offers five additional rocking chairs. A hot tub offers the ideal place to unwind after long beach days. Corolla, known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is home to wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 3/22/2026 - 11/1/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/28/2027 - 11/7/2027, with pool heat provided at no additional cost.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees compliments of the homeowner (reserve tee times in advance).
