Outside, you'll feel like you're at a resort in the beautifully maintained backyard, which features a private pool (with FREE pool heat), hot tub, a tiki bar, swim up bar, outdoor TV and music system, outdoor fireplaces, and space to lounge in the sun or the shade.
To further enhance your relaxation, a welcome basket from Tommy's Market greets you, a newspaper is delivered five days a week, and a seasonal cabana beach set-up is offered from Mon-Sat (more information below), and guests of this home recieve discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club.

The ground floor welcomes you with a drive-under car port, where you can unload groceries and luggage, and an elevator offers ease of access and aid moving heavy items between floors. Sophisticated yet comfortable design elements welcome you as you enter the home. Bedding options on the ground level include three king suites, and a fourth with two built-in twin bunksets. Each room has a flat screen TV and a private bath. A sitting area with a TV and fireplace adjoins to a full-size bar, featuring KitchenAid appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kegerator (holds 1/4 or 1/2 kegs), and commercial icemaker. There are two bathrooms in this area, close to the pool area for convenience. A massage table is also provided. Step outside to the expansive pool area, designed as an oasis to be enjoyed by your whole group. Four rocking chairs are centered around the outdoor TV. Ample seating is offered around the pool, as well as a poolside swim up bar/tiki bar with sink, two compartments for ice, and nine stools. If you're in need of some shade, a poolside covered gazebo offers five additional rocking chairs. A kiddie pool is available for the mini-vacationers in your group, and a hot tub offers the ideal place to unwind after long beach days. Indoor/outdoor audio means you can enjoy poolside tunes day and night, and a private beach walkway transports you to one of the loveliest beaches in Corolla.

Bedding on this level includes two oceanside kings with private baths and covered deck access, and two soundside bedrooms - one king, and one with two twin bunksets, both with private baths.

The top floor welcomes you with cork floors, soaring ceilings, and unbeatable ocean views. An open-concept floor plan includes two sitting areas, a seasonal double-sided indoor/outdoor fireplace, dining room with table seating for 10 and additional bar seating for 10, kitchen with 6-burner Wolf gas range, two ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators (one with freezer), and two coffee makers. A wet bar area offers an additional sink, as well as two wine coolers and a Keurig. Sliding barn doors open to a private office/den area. Step outside to experience ocean views and wide decks with an array of seating options: captain's chairs and lounge seating, as well as a covered sitting area with a SunBrite outdoor TV. Two soundside king bedrooms complete this level and feature private baths and west-facing covered balconies.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/05/2024 - 09/22/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/04/25 - 09/21/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Community note: This home is a part of the Pine Island Reserve neighborhood, a group of distinctive oceanfront estates. Please note that this home does not have access to the Pine Island Beach Club, but guests may visit the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness center for a small fee.
