This home has something for everyone, so the whole family can enjoy your Beach Bunker. Beachgoers will enjoy the seasonally lifeguarded beach just a block away. For more private swimming with loved ones, this home offers a private Salt Water pool. If you’ve come to relax, the 4 person hot tub will help you forget your worries. While indoor days can be spent in the recreation room enjoying a game of pool.
We all love to get together with family, and Beach Bunker is a great place for it. Located in line with 267 and 269, this is the perfect location for an extended family gathering. You will need to cross Hwy 12 (the beach road) to reach the beach.
This vacation home is a member of the Kilmarlic K-Club. Enjoy special golf rates, instructional clinics, private lessons, and exclusive transportation services to the K-Club.
Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.
Please note the fireplace is not for guest use. No pets or smoking/vaping.
Pool (10X17) and hot tub open 5/17/25-10/11/25.
For 2026, this home will include credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

Ground Level: Covered parking, covered entry. Recreation room with pool table and mini refrigerator. Sitting area with cable TV. Access to private Salt water swimming pool, enclosed outside shower, and gas grill.
Mid Level: 2 queen en suites with private baths, queen bedroom, pyramid bunk bedroom (twin over full) with twin trundle, full hall bath, private covered deck with hot tub. Washer and dryer.
Top Level: Open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas with table seating for 10. Half bath.
