The lower level has a separate entrance that is only accessible from the outside. The fenced-in backyard with a putting green is the perfect place to gather and let the kids play while grilling the day's local catch!

The private 12x20 pool and the hot tub are typically both open from early May to mid October.

All bedrooms have TVs with live streaming. The living room TV has cable. No pets, please.
