In 2022, the owners added all new mattresses and bedspreads, new carpet in the bedrooms, a new dishwasher, and new sofas. In 2020, updates included new flooring in the great room, a new glass stovetop and microwave, a new coffee/beverage bar countertop, and new windows on the ground level and in the outdoor shower. A convenient new half bath was also recently added on the ground level.
