She is the perfect size for couples and family gatherings up to 10 people. The property is well maintained and the many repeat renters (some have been coming back for over 10 years) is a testament to the location, quality, and value you will enjoy. 

This oceanfront home has fantastic 180-degree ocean views from the top level. Stroll to the beach on your own private walkway to the beach. See spectacular sunrises, frequent dolphin sightings, pelican caravans and occasionally a whale. 

For rainy days, there are many TVs with streaming capability and smart TVs with ROKU sticks for your favorite show or movie. There are also games and many jigsaw puzzles to keep your family members occupied. Or, just pick out a book from the mid-level library and enjoy a good read. Gourmet cooks will enjoy the well equipped kitchen. The top level large living area has great cathedral ceilings. There are nice seating areas on the decks surrounding the house. The sun room (just off the kitchen with a door between) offers a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of activities. It’s a great place to relax, watch TV or read a book.  The sun room can also be used as an office area complete with a computer desk and mini-kitchen with its own Keurig coffee maker and microwave.
