A short walk, less than 500 feet, will take you to one of the quietest beaches on the Outer Banks, and a short bike ride will take you to the heart of Duck, full of family activities, restaurants, shops, bars and live music all year! This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is an H-floor plan, so the open kitchen, living room and dining area are in the center of the home, with 2 bedrooms and a full bath on either side. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. To the north, east and south are generous decks, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the sun or shade! The hot tub is located on the north deck, off the great room. 

Plenty of parking from the concrete driveway (basketball hoop is here) to the large carport on the ground level. In the carport you will find storage for beach toys, the laundry room, and an outside shower. Enjoy the ocean, the sound, the town of Duck, sunrises and sunsets or just staying home to relax with family and friends!
