After a day at the beach, enjoy the private pool in the private backyard to soak up some vitamin D right outside (a private outdoor shower allows you to rinse off your sandy adventures). Two furnished decks will be more than ready for everyone to gather for al fresco meals or simply sip cocktails in the salty air. When you really want to slip into relaxation mode, the private hot tub will be just the place to reminisce with loved ones as the stars come out. With three spacious floors, five bedrooms, and four and a half baths, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out. The lower level is home to a bunk room that the kiddos will love and a fun reading room with a comfortable futon. Head up to the second floor and three more bedrooms await including two that offer private access to the lower deck! When you really want to entertain and gather with loved ones, the upper-level great room, full kitchen, and access to the upper deck are ready for any occasion. Plus, the views of the water are absolutely breathtaking when the sky changes color at sunset. The primary suite also calls this level home boasting a TV, deck access, and an attached bath! • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
