The ground level features the final bedroom, offering two twin bunk beds. A full hall bath with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer round out this level. Step outside where you will find a comfortable seating area beneath the carport, providing an additional spot to relax, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Additional amenities include a cornhole boards, a beach wagon and beach accessories, a charcoal grill, and a basketball goal for outdoor fun.
